  • Booking implies agreement to ALL House Rules
  • You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property
  • House maximum occupancy is 8 people at any given time. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Infants or children ages 2 years and under may be considered separately for purposes of calculating the number of occupants but must be approved by the Host prior to arrival.
  • Only registered guests are permitted to spend the night. Any unregistered guest will be charged a $150 guest fee per additional person per night.
  • Home comfortably sleeps 6, maximum 8 overnight guests (at additional charge).
  • No smoking allowed. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and medicinal or recreational marijuana. If you smoke, please do so away from the house with all doors and windows shut. If the property smells of smoke or any evidence of smoking is found inside the house, a $400 fee will apply.
  • Please report any damages to the host immediately.
  • No eating or drinking on or around the pool table. A fee of $500 will be charged if there are any spills on the felt.
  • Strict no pet/animal policy due to owner allergies. If an animal is found on the property, the guest will be responsible for a nightly fee of $35 and will be asked to vacate immediately.
  • Parties and/or events are NOT allowed. If a party is found to be in progress, your reservation will be cancelled immediately, you will be asked to vacate the premises, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Under no circumstances is the premises to be used for any illegal activity.
  • You and your guests must be considerate and mindful of the homeowners and neighbors and their rights to quiet enjoyment of their home and property. Be courteous and respectful.
  • Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If excessive noise or disturbances occur, resulting in notification by police or neighbors, you will forfeit your deposit and be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
  • Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

Fees and Payments
